Apple Cinnamon Maple Streusel Muffins

I saw these and just had to put them on the blog. The problem is that I am trying to lose weight and I really don't think that I will be successful if I keep making all of these good treats.  So I have a plan, I just need to find people to give them to. Who cares if they are trying to lose weight! I will make a batch, taste one or 2 or . . ., then give the rest to someone in need.

Apple Pie Cupcakes!!!!

Look what I found!

Don't these look fun!  I can't wait to try them.  But I have way too many things to try.  For today the Young Women will just have to settle for the Cookies and Cream Oreo Fudge Brownies

Cookies n Cream Oreo Fudge Brownies

I think I gained 5 pounds just drooling over these! Don't ya just have to try them?

I have made a few changes:

2 boxes brownie mix
Oil and eggs (as called for on the box)
1 heaping scoop cookies and cream ice cream
2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup hot fudge sunday topping
1 bag double stuffed oreos

Now, mix the brownie mix, oil, eggs and ice cream together.  Then add the chocolate chips.  Now spread half of the brownie mix  in a 9 x 13 pan. 
Now layer oreos over the entire pan of brownies.  Spread with the hot fudge topping.  Top with the rest of the brownie mix.   Bake according to package directions, less about 5 or 10 minutes.  Start watching it from there you don't want to overbake these!
